1. Scope of Services

NeatlyGraphics provides custom vector artwork creation, vector redrawing, embroidery Digitizing, laser/CNC cut file preparation, and DTF print preparation.

2. Turnaround & File Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours in production-ready formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, DST, PES, DXF). Priority queue options are available upon request.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer free revisions to ensure your artwork matches the original brief and meets production requirements. Revisions covering changes outside the initial brief may incur an extra fee.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of all original artwork submitted. Upon complete payment, clients hold full rights to the vector and digitised files produced by NeatlyGraphics.
